Pfizer, a world leading biopharmaceutical company has a health care portfolio that includes many of the world’s best-known prescription medicines, vaccines and non-prescription products. Pfizer’s Patients First Every Day campaign was designed and prepared as an internal program on behalf of public relations and communications firm Ethical Strategies, to give a human face to patients receiving Pfizer products.
As a result the internal Pfizer team gained greater understanding of the end user, enhancing their sales and service delivery. The program extended from conceptual strategy and brand design through to a variety of communications materials and assets.
